This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate HR due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.

• Conduct assessments of organizational culture.

• Model various HR expenditures, including total rewards, labor and employment costs, and expenses related to transition teams.

• Create organizational design models to enhance transaction results.

• Implement standard practices for organization and talent planning, encompassing org design, pipeline development, chess boarding, and talent calibration.

• Analyze data related to the organization, workforce trends, and talent metrics.

• Provide insights to inform decisions on organizational development and talent planning.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to execute org design recommendations.

• Establish repeatable and scalable processes and tools for talent planning and org design.

• Work collaboratively across HR and other departments to integrate newly acquired entities.

• Assist in change management efforts for organizational redesigns.

• Ensure that plans for associate impact and communication are developed and implemented.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field.

• Proven experience in HR M&A due diligence and HR cost modeling.

• Strong financial knowledge and understanding.

• Experience with organizational culture assessments, organizational design, and headcount planning.

• Excellent analytical and project management abilities.

• Capability to convert data and workforce metrics into actionable recommendations for senior management.

• Experience in executing talent planning or succession processes.

• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines at once.

• Strong grasp of organizational design methodologies, including span of control analysis, role scoping, and structural modeling.

• Expected travel of 15–30%.
