This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Perform HR due diligence related to M&A, which includes assessing company culture, modeling HR costs, and designing organizational structures.
β’ Implement standard procedures for organizational and talent planning, encompassing organization design, talent pipeline development, chess boarding, and talent calibration.
β’ Evaluate organizational data, workforce trends, and talent metrics to provide insights for senior HR and business leaders.
β’ Convert organizational design recommendations into actionable implementation plans that include milestones and success criteria.
β’ Develop scalable processes and tools for effective talent planning and organization design.
β’ Work collaboratively across HR and other departments to seamlessly integrate newly acquired businesses.
β’ Assist in change management initiatives for organizational redesigns, focusing on the impact on associates and communication strategies.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
β’ Proven experience in HR M&A due diligence, HR cost modeling, and strong financial literacy.
β’ Background in organizational culture assessment, organization design, and headcount planning.
β’ Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
β’ Capacity to convert data and workforce metrics into actionable insights for senior-level audiences.
β’ Experience in executing talent planning or succession processes.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and timelines concurrently.
β’ Strong grasp of organization design methodologies, including span of control analysis, role scoping, and structural modeling.
β’ Preferred: experience in M&A financial modeling.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with talent management platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, organizational charting, or workforce analytics tools.
β’ Preferred: experience in supporting organization design or talent planning within a publicly traded, global corporation.
β’ Preferred: advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or an MBA with a focus on HR.
