This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Perform HR due diligence related to M&A, which includes assessing company culture, modeling HR costs, and designing organizational structures.

β€’ Implement standard procedures for organizational and talent planning, encompassing organization design, talent pipeline development, chess boarding, and talent calibration.

β€’ Evaluate organizational data, workforce trends, and talent metrics to provide insights for senior HR and business leaders.

β€’ Convert organizational design recommendations into actionable implementation plans that include milestones and success criteria.

β€’ Develop scalable processes and tools for effective talent planning and organization design.

β€’ Work collaboratively across HR and other departments to seamlessly integrate newly acquired businesses.

β€’ Assist in change management initiatives for organizational redesigns, focusing on the impact on associates and communication strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

β€’ Proven experience in HR M&A due diligence, HR cost modeling, and strong financial literacy.

β€’ Background in organizational culture assessment, organization design, and headcount planning.

β€’ Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.

β€’ Capacity to convert data and workforce metrics into actionable insights for senior-level audiences.

β€’ Experience in executing talent planning or succession processes.

β€’ Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and timelines concurrently.

β€’ Strong grasp of organization design methodologies, including span of control analysis, role scoping, and structural modeling.

β€’ Preferred: experience in M&A financial modeling.

β€’ Preferred: familiarity with talent management platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, organizational charting, or workforce analytics tools.

β€’ Preferred: experience in supporting organization design or talent planning within a publicly traded, global corporation.

β€’ Preferred: advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or an MBA with a focus on HR.
