M365 Consultant – Gestión del cambio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Motivate companies to evolve through cutting-edge solutions

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance creativity and productivity in projects

• Conduct functional consulting, understanding the organizational context and designing strategies to maximize the impact of digital tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in change management and adoption projects related to Microsoft 365 in corporate environments

• Led cultural and digital transformation initiatives, facilitating the adoption of tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and new capabilities like Copilot M365 and Copilot Chat

• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies (such as ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) and their application in modern workplace projects

• Passionate about working with people, understanding their needs, and designing communication, training, and support strategies

• Analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities in work processes

• Experience collaborating with IT, HR, and business areas

• Experience conducting adoption or training sessions, demonstrating ease and fluency in communication
