Luxury Retail Project Manager – Exhibitions, Pop-ups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of retail store openings and renovations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.

• Organize and implement exhibitions, pop-up events, and brand activations.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation.

• Recognize potential risks and develop solutions to ensure seamless delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations.

• Experience in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects across various locations.

• Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in an additional local language required.
