This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Market It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles via phone calls

• Establish rapport and evaluate the prospective client's requirements

• Clarify how our dating membership can provide value to clients

• Choose matches for new clients based on interviews conducted

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in consultative sales

• Prior experience with high-volume outbound calling

• At least two years of experience in a remote work environment

• Must possess a quiet and distraction-free workspace

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on results

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (consultative sales experience is advantageous)

• Capability to manage emotionally sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism
