📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clientele.

• Deliver customized, attentive, and knowledgeable service.

• Transform leads into bookings utilizing persuasive communication and effective closing techniques.

• Design personalized luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences.

• Manage a significant volume of leads while surpassing targeted objectives.

• Respond to client inquiries, address complaints, and handle issues that arise during the booking and travel phases.

• Ensure client availability is maintained throughout the booking and travel experience.

• Develop and enhance relationships with partner agencies through consistent communication, updates, follow-ups, and support.

• Foster repeat bookings.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings in the internal CRM system.

• Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

• Offer knowledgeable travel recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess experience as a Travel Agent with a focus on booking Tropics/Caribbean itineraries.

• At least 3 years of demonstrated sales achievement.

• Basic knowledge of margins compared to markups.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proven relationship-based sales abilities with a history of surpassing sales targets.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Capability to provide personalized recommendations tailored to client preferences.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• English proficiency level must be specified in the application.
