This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage data analytics to support informed decision-making and enhance business processes.

• Design, oversee, and analyze intricate data sets.

• Generate actionable insights and develop interactive dashboards.

• Collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT departments.

• Produce detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Continuously improve and update dashboards to maintain data relevance.

• Assess and analyze existing operational processes for optimization opportunities.

• Propose strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with ETL, Business Intelligence (BI), and database solutions is essential.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements is necessary.

• Extensive experience in data analysis is required.

• Experience in healthcare or Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) and/or Dual Eligible reporting is preferred.

• Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data and reporting regulations is advantageous.
