LTC Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and operational assistance to clients, primarily Senior Residences, Hospitals, and Rehabilitation facilities.

• Support clients in the proper use of Essity products for incontinence and personal hygiene.

• Analyze client needs to identify improvement opportunities and the introduction of new products.

• Maintain contact with clients in the assigned area and organize follow-up visits.

• Prepare orders for necessary products.

• Demonstrate the correct use of products to operators and users.

• Organize product testing according to company strategies.

• Propose a product mix for Nursing Homes and ASL, taking into account overall costs and commercial objectives.

• Prepare reports on costs and consumption.

• Assist Sales Specialists in organizing training activities at client locations.

• Coordinate with Sales Specialists and Sales Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Nursing and registration with the OPI Order.

• Relevant previous experience in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Medical Device companies.

• Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.

• Excellent proficiency in the Office suite.

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a team-oriented attitude.

• Natural predisposition for commercial roles, time management, and results orientation.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
