This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and cultivate relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners.
• Identify and create new partnership opportunities with global travel providers.
• Assist in the negotiation and formation of partnership agreements, encompassing commercial terms and integrations.
• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to initiate and sustain partner integrations.
• Oversee ongoing partner performance, pinpointing opportunities to enhance value for both Taekus and its partners.
• Organize marketing and promotional campaigns with partners to boost engagement and usage.
• Stay informed about industry trends within airline and hotel loyalty programs to guide strategy.
• Aid in the expansion of Taekus’s global rewards ecosystem.
• 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs.
• Experience with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or related fintech/rewards platforms).
• Robust understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner frameworks.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing external partnerships.
• Capability to handle multiple partner relationships and initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the skill to assess partnership performance.
