This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver Job Safety and Health advisory services to Midsouth clients.
• Analyze loss data and conduct statistical evaluations to forecast future loss risks.
• Conduct safety walkthrough surveys to pinpoint existing safety risks and offer recommendations for their mitigation or elimination.
• Provide Job Safety and Health training tailored to Midsouth clients' needs.
• Generate written and verbal reports as necessary.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications from Midsouth customers promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the Job Safety and Health sector.
• Notify the manager and client underwriting of any significant changes in insured operations that may impact coverage or potential loss, as required.
• Undertake driving and travel responsibilities associated with the role efficiently and productively.
• A minimum of two years of experience in general job safety and health.
• A degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of Workers’ Compensation Insurance and associated policy processing, ideally with experience in the State of Tennessee.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, exercising discretion and integrity.
• Show enthusiasm and the ability to enhance knowledge and experience in loss prevention, particularly regarding workers’ compensation claims and construction health and safety.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Office 365 applications.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
