This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clinical needs, access, and sales demand within the long-term care (LTC) sector, including LTC Facilities and LTC Pharmacies, for designated accounts.
• Consistently engage with LTC facilities and related business entities daily through individual meetings, presentations, professional education programs, and other suitable methods.
• Accountable for achieving and monitoring high levels of call and field productivity, with an expectation to meet or surpass the target number of account and customer interactions each day.
• Evaluate territory data and insights to create and implement effective target mapping, account strategies, optimize routes, and maximize field resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Build professional relationships and maintain an efficient communication network with customers at various levels.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance access and utilization.
• Oversee and expand existing accounts within the long-term care sector.
• Conduct Company operations in compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including a background in long-term care environments.
• A minimum of three (3) years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with recent roles as a Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager or in a similar LTC-focused account management position.
• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinically relevant experience in a long-term care setting.
• Relevant experience may encompass LTC administration, care planning, resident assessments, medication management, and/or consulting pharmacist duties.
• Experience working with skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and relationships within the long-term care environment to enhance awareness and usage of products.
• Proficient in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and calendar-based call planning tools.
• Experience in business-to-business interactions and/or demonstrated strong influencing capabilities.
• Digital proficiency; capable of delivering presentations digitally using an iPad.
• Documented history of demand generation, performance, and success in Long-Term Care.
