This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of site distribution strategies to ensure warehouse locations are in sync with installation timelines and site preparedness.

• Execute and uphold warehouse inventory plans (SKU, quantity, timing) based on supply, inventory levels, and project requirements.

• Identify deficiencies in available materials for construction and suggest modifications to enhance site readiness.

• Utilize logistics engineering principles to enhance material flow, inventory organization, and delivery sequencing.

• Collaborate with warehouses for staging, kitting, and ensuring readiness for outbound deliveries to sites.

• Monitor site material preparedness and facilitate the scheduling of warehouse releases to coincide with installation milestones.

• Work alongside Transportation to guarantee that shipments adhere to planned release schedules and priorities.

• Resolve issues related to execution, such as material shortages, imbalances, or inefficiencies in flow.

• Maintain reports on site readiness, material availability, and warehouse performance metrics.

• Promote ongoing enhancements in distribution planning and warehouse flow efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, warehouse operations, or similar roles.

• Experience in environments that involve coordination across multiple sites, inventory management, or project-based execution.

• Proficient understanding of inventory and warehouse processes, material staging, kitting, or fulfillment operations.

• Basic knowledge of transportation and delivery coordination concepts.

• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or planning tools for inventory tracking and execution.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to maintain structure while adjusting to evolving project timelines and supply limitations.
