Logistics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive global sales order fulfillment across 23 international locations, overseeing inventory allocation, transfers, and supply chain strategy while monitoring KPIs such as OTIF, cycle time, and inventory turns to ensure consistent service delivery.

• Manage the entire Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle—from asset management and provisioning to QA validation and return logistics—collaborating with Sales Engineering to maximize utilization and automate workflows in NetSuite and Salesforce.

• Supervise the global RMA process, enhancing reverse logistics workflows and coordinating with vendors and support teams to reduce turnaround times and promote continuous improvement.

• Maintain relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, developing carrier strategies, optimizing global routing, and ensuring full trade compliance, including IOR/EOR, export controls, and customs documentation.

• Oversee IT hardware procurement, assess supplier performance, and work with Finance and Operations on demand forecasting and inventory planning throughout the global network.

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance NetSuite and Salesforce logistics processes, spearheading automation initiatives, API integrations, and AI/ML-powered insights to eliminate manual tasks, improve data integrity, and expedite supply chain decisions.

• Direct the digital transformation roadmap for supply chain operations—designing and executing end-to-end process automation across order fulfillment, RMA, POC, and inventory, along with creating BI dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into performance and risk.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with direct responsibility for global operations across multiple regions.

• Proven track record in managing Sales Orders, POC logistics, and RMA processes, preferably within a technology or hardware sector.

• Strong proficiency in 3PL management, global freight, and trade compliance, including IOR/EOR, customs operations, and export controls.

• Practical experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, demonstrating a history of owning and enhancing logistics workflows within these systems.

• Established ability to identify and eliminate manual processes through automation, workflow redesign, or system configuration, with clear examples of measurable improvements.

• Proven experience in contributing to or leading a digital transformation initiative in a supply chain or operations setting; this is a critical mindset requirement.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in working with or within the APAC region, particularly Singapore, with an understanding of regional trade flows and logistics networks.

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS implementations, API/EDI integrations, or hands-on experience using AI/ML tools for supply chain applications like demand forecasting or inventory optimization is a plus.

• Demonstrable experience using AI-enabled tools in daily operations to enhance efficiency, quality, or decision-making.

• Ability to effectively engage with AI-assisted tools while applying sound professional judgment and taking accountability for the results.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; APICS/ASCM certification is an advantage.
