This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review weekly transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracted pricing.
• Examine billed transportation routes against weekly manifests to validate order counts and Transportation Temperature Containers (TTCs) associated with each route.
• Ensure that route charges correspond with approved contract rates and pricing agreements.
• Detect billing discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve any issues.
• Keep precise audit records and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking tools, reports, and reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Analyze invoice and route data to facilitate accurate financial and operational reporting.
• Associate degree, completion of a technical program, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the creation of spreadsheets, use of formulas, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience handling numerical data and performing audits or reconciliations.
• Capability to establish organized tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
