Logistics Coordinator – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain study abroad application data within the Enrollment database, which includes modifying application tasks, updating program schedules, and establishing programs.

• Process, scan, upload, and digitally archive student application documents such as transcripts.

• Supervise and manage the general department email inbox.

• Maintain the Enrollment Advising calendar effectively.

• Oversee pre-departure posting procedures and provide assistance to the permanent logistics coordinator.

• Collaborate with Study Abroad Advisors and Onsite Program Staff to address any outstanding inquiries.

• Assist student advising personnel during peak periods with application and medical form assessments.

• Monitor the completion of pre-departure tasks by participants.

• Treat confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Adhere to established protocols to protect sensitive data.
