This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee international purchase orders from initiation through to delivery and invoicing.
• Manage drop ship processes from supplier order placement to customer invoicing.
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery of inventory.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shipping and customs documentation to prevent delays in **Australia**, **New Zealand**, **Canada**, and the **United States**.
• Provide consistent updates to management regarding order progress, shipping delays, and inventory shortages.
• Work closely with international offices to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update ERP systems with changes to purchase orders, shipment milestones, and delivery information promptly.
• Track shipment progress across various markets and assist in resolving issues arising from delays or discrepancies.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks in the supply chain, documentation gaps, and service-related issues.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in shipping, logistics coordination, and system accuracy.
• Perform other duties as required at the position level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in **international logistics**, shipping, or imports/exports coordination.
• Proven hands-on experience in direct imports/exports coordination within a product-centric or trading environment.
• Extensive knowledge of **shipping documentation**, **freight coordination**, and **customs regulations**.
• Experience in liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders across various countries and time zones.
• Familiarity with **multi-currency ERP systems**.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving shipping issues early on.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or product-based environments is a plus.
• Capability to work independently in an offshore support role while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness.
