Logistics Coordinator – LATAM

📋 Description

• Oversee domestic and international shipments in collaboration with carriers and freight partners.

• Monitor shipment progress and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

• Update suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teams on shipment statuses.

• Prepare, review, and manage all necessary shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, customs paperwork, invoices).

• Organize final-mile delivery and confirm successful transfers.

• Review and process product quality claims and address shipment discrepancies.

• Handle inventory transfers and coordinate warehouse logistics.

• Input and manage customer orders in the Order Management system.

• Maintain precise records within ERP and logistics systems.

• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.

• Produce regular and ad hoc reports related to shipments, claims, and operational activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation.

• Experience in B2B logistics or import/export settings (mandatory).

• Practical experience with international shipments (Asia, Mexico, LATAM preferred).

• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.).

• Experience addressing shipment discrepancies, reviewing documentation, or providing claims support.

• Familiarity with import/export procedures and logistics coordination.

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English (written communication is essential).

• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage diverse workflows across logistics and claims.

• Organized, dependable, and consistent in execution.

• Proactive in identifying and resolving discrepancies.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic operations environment.

• Quick learner with the capability to adhere to SOPs.
