Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure they align with the organization's objectives and adhere to established protocols.

• Plan and prioritize shipments while coordinating efforts between various departments and external partners.

• Arrange transportation and delivery timelines, optimizing routes for timely and cost-efficient shipments.

• Create precise shipping and receiving documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Execute inventory management tasks, monitor stock levels, and identify potential shortages.

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address shipment, scheduling, and logistics challenges.

• Evaluate logistics data to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure adherence to deadlines and requirements.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all company policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• Background in customer support is essential.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is necessary.

• Proficient data entry skills.

• Experience with SAP applications.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes.

• Experience in inventory control.

• Effective record-keeping skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Skills in process improvement.

• Capability to work with computers and keyboards.

• Working environment may include office settings, plant/warehouse floors, and require safety glasses, safety shoes, and a safety vest.
