This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure they align with organizational objectives and adhere to established protocols.

• Manage the scheduling and prioritization of shipments, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and external partners.

• Arrange transportation and delivery timelines, optimizing routes for prompt and cost-efficient shipments.

• Create precise shipping and receiving documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Execute inventory management responsibilities, which include tracking stock levels and identifying potential shortages.

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to address issues related to shipments, scheduling, and logistics.

• Analyze logistics data to pinpoint areas for process improvements and propose enhancements for efficiency.

• Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure adherence to operational deadlines and requirements.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience is required.

• 5–7 years of experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer support practices.

• Experience with warehouse management systems is essential.

• Proficient in data entry tasks.

• Adept with SAP applications.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities.

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes.

• Understanding of inventory control practices.

• Skilled in record-keeping.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies.

• Ability to adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• No travel is required.
