Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor daily logistics activities to ensure they align with organizational objectives and comply with set protocols.

• Plan and prioritize shipments, coordinating efforts among departments and external partners.

• Arrange transportation and delivery timelines, optimizing routes for punctual and cost-effective shipments.

• Generate precise shipping and receiving documents in line with regulatory standards.

• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and identifying potential shortages.

• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues related to shipments, scheduling, and logistics.

• Review logistics data to pinpoint areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements for efficiency.

• Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure adherence to operational deadlines and requirements.

• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in customer support, warehouse management systems, data entry, SAP applications, relationship building, freight forwarding, inventory control, record keeping, troubleshooting/problem solving, and process enhancement.

• Ability to schedule and prioritize shipments effectively.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation as well as regulatory standards.

• Experience in tracking inventory and stock levels.

• Capability to coordinate with suppliers, carriers, customers, internal departments, and external vendors.

• Preferred: 5–7 years of experience.
