Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage professionally with customers through phone and email, addressing inquiries, and verifying shipment documentation for accuracy.

• Oversee new order requests and arrange pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor shipments within the operations platform and keep track of driver updates.

• Create flight plans and generate air waybill bookings.

• Follow air waybills on airline cargo websites and track active flights.

• Recognize cancellations or diversions and formulate alternative plans.

• Coordinate driver performance and investigate any delays.

• Provide leadership with comprehensive escalations and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Effective and professional communication skills (both phone and email).

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

• Preferred experience in the logistics, transportation, or dispatch industry.

• Availability to work the 8:00pm–6:00am shift, from Tuesday to Friday.

• Must be able to work according to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
