Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Start each shift by assessing all active tasks in Breezeway across designated markets

• Conduct daily audits of overdue tasks

• Allocate all open tasks to the relevant maintenance or facilities personnel

• Oversee unscheduled procurement tasks

• Evaluate and prioritize the daily agenda for all maintenance and facilities staff

• Facilitate the daily task review at 9:00 AM with property managers and field technicians

• Act as the shift supervisor for all Prop Ops team members

• Supervise all ongoing dispatch operations

• Handle incoming calls in accordance with the Dispatch Call Flow procedure

• Educate and onboard both internal team members and vendors

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with third-party vendors

• Collaborate with vendors to acquire quotes and follow up on pending requests

• Examine completed tickets for quality and precision

• Analyze weekly task data to detect trends

• Practical experience with Breezeway is essential

• Outstanding planning and organizational capabilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance is advantageous

• Confident in leading and collaborating within a team

• Process-driven with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
