This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Travel to various F-35 locations globally to execute wall-to-wall inventories and/or existence and completeness sampling.

• Prepare reports that clearly articulate findings from inventories and site visits.

• Conduct research and engage with the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Implement supply policies and procedures, DoD property accounting, inventory control, storage, warehouse management, material handling, and supply accounting practices.

• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation and records related to inventory activities.

• Assist in the disposal of assets as directed by the F-35 JPO team.

• Provide support and analysis for lost property, including conducting investigative research.

• Collaborate with site employees to gain insight into internal inventory locations.

• Participate in site-specific meetings to support progress toward planned objectives.

• Keep project leadership updated on issues impacting contract deliverables or client mission success.

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and on-the-job safety protocols.

• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

• Analyze reports and records, identify inefficiencies, and suggest corrective measures.

• Compute and aggregate data for further analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a DoD or commercial warehouse setting, including managing inventories of on-hand assets.

• Five years of experience in DoD or commercial services logistics, supply, and physical material inventory operations.

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Must be in good physical condition and capable of traveling.

• Possession of a valid state-issued vehicle operator’s license is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Capacity to engage in and follow audible communications during emergency situations.

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
