This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Recruit and place assigned or referred healthcare professionals (HCPs) to positions across the U.S.
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified HCPs within your specified specialty.
• Coordinate the presentation of candidates to account personnel according to client needs.
• Build lasting relationships with HCPs for continuous assignment opportunities.
• Implement strategies to source viable HCPs from all available channels.
• Promote current and future Locums opportunities to prospective HCPs.
• Collaborate with account personnel to create positions for HCPs.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations for potential candidates.
• Maintain the required monthly submissions for both new and existing candidates.
• Regularly communicate with candidates regarding compensation, client requirements, and assignment details.
• Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new candidates.
• Negotiate rates with necessary parties to ensure acceptable profit margins.
• Achieve the set individualized annual gross revenue target.
• Anticipate market and industry changes that could impact your business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both HCPs and clients.
• Attend conventions and industry events as required.
• 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including inside/outside sales, sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship management, or a comparable amount of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare staffing context.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with pivot tables and formulas), Calendar, Teams, and Windows-based database systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with effective phone presentation and strong customer service capabilities.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and negotiate rates effectively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience to fulfill the essential job functions.
