This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Recruit and place designated or referred healthcare professionals (HCPs) for assignments across the United States.
• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified HCPs within the specified specialty.
• Coordinate candidate presentations with account staff based on client requirements.
• Establish long-term relationships with HCPs for ongoing assignment opportunities.
• Source viable HCPs through referrals, conferences, networking, and previous candidates.
• Promote current and future locum opportunities and submit qualified candidates for vacant positions.
• Create an active foundation of working HCPs and a pipeline of potential business.
• Screen and assess candidates according to company and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with monthly submissions, candidate presentations, and outbound calls.
• Communicate assignment specifics, including compensation, travel, housing, professional liability, and orientation.
• Address candidate inquiries and process timesheets.
• Maintain candidate and HCP information, sales pitches, and communications within the ATS.
• Attach all necessary documents in the ATS.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract candidates who will convert to working HCPs.
• Negotiate rates to uphold acceptable margins.
• Achieve individualized annual gross revenue targets.
• Anticipate seasonal and industry downturns and formulate strategies to adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt customer service and resolve issues in accordance with company standards.
• Attend conventions, conferences, workshops, and other relevant industry events as required.
• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, encompassing inside/outside sales, sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship building, or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in a healthcare staffing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with pivot tables and formulas), Calendar, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Windows-based database systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, phone presentation, and customer service abilities.
• Strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to problem-solve and negotiate rates effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and adequate experience to fulfill the job functions.
