This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with locum agencies to source Physicians/CRNAs for our contract vacancies.
• Work with vendors to gain insights into market trends and strategies.
• Coordinate with our Regional Leadership regarding locum openings and deliver timely updates on progress.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to address regional requirements and report on metrics.
• Oversee the Locum/Leased process from initial presentation through to placement.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
• Educate site and regional leadership on the Locum recruitment procedure.
• Engage with locum agencies via the VMS to present and identify suitable locum candidates.
• Optimize VMS invoicing and confirmation letters while ensuring candidates have timely start dates.
• Follow up with site and regional leaders regarding pending locum presentations and MSO considerations.
• Provide biweekly/monthly reports on outstanding openings and current locums in process.
• Develop and sustain unique relationships both internally and externally.
• Pursue continuous improvement and career growth.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Client-focused approach and exceptional customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in managing or partnering with a Vendor Management System (VMS) is preferred.
• Background in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting is essential.
• Experience in tracking and managing candidates within a comprehensive VMS and ATS is required.
• Candidates must have versatile computer skills, including proficiency in MS Products, Workday, and/or Vendor Management System Platforms.
• Candidates should be capable of working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Candidates must be adept at managing complex internal and external relationships.
• Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities is necessary.
• Candidates should be highly organized and possess a keen attention to detail.
• Candidates must be able to adhere to timely follow-ups and meet deadlines.
