This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Sourcing. Identify and engage candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Facilitate interviews to gauge candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Advertising. Assist in the creation and dissemination of job postings.
• Database Management and Analysis. Manage candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaboration. Partner with HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Seek talent across various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Leverage an applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize processes and maintain precise candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to ask questions and learn more about individuals and their experiences. You efficiently move candidates through the hiring pipeline.
• Presentation. You will professionally represent our company to prospective hires, generating excitement about the opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. You will grasp what Spiralyze does and how various roles function, clearly communicating that to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. You possess a keen eye for detail when reviewing resumes and interacting with candidates.
• Organization. Capable of tracking multiple candidates for various roles, including their status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Language. Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools. Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Previous experience in hiring or collaborating with UI/UX designers is an advantage. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be beneficial.
• Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience). We encourage recent graduates and early-career professionals with a demonstrated interest in the HR industry to apply!
