This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide both on-site and virtual consultation and support for the implementation, adoption refinement, and customization of programs across schools and districts.
• Deliver embedded instructional coaching and demonstrate effective use of digital tools to educators and administrators.
• Collaborate with instructional and school leaders to identify implementation needs, address challenges, and create tailored support strategies.
• Deploy to customer environments during critical moments of implementation, such as back-to-school and mid-year initiatives.
• Monitor commitments, communicate progress, and prioritize support across multiple educational institutions and initiatives.
• Work alongside Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Design teams to convey customer insights, feature requests, and report bugs.
• Test and refine program implementation, gather feedback from educators, and convert it into actionable product insights.
• Contribute to the development of implementation strategies, best practices, and scalable support approaches for customers.
• Create customized guides, checklists, instructional videos, and communication materials.
• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations within the Localization team.
• Mentor and coach team members on consultation, technical solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop custom tools, agents, automations, and skills to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Document successful intervention patterns and create reusable tools for colleagues.
• Assist in asynchronous and other teacher-support development initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years of relevant professional experience, including K–12 education, educational technology, or curriculum implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with schools or districts in coaching, training, or implementation support roles.
• Proven expertise in instructional practices and/or curriculum implementation (preferably in Math or Literacy).
• Familiarity with the Amplify platform and the ability to create and modify content.
• Strong capability to lead professional learning and coach educators on instructional tools and platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting technology-enabled instructional products.
• Interest in and willingness to utilize AI tools in overall tooling and development.
• Demonstrated ability to execute, prioritize, organize, and follow up across multiple schools, stakeholders, and initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–70% of the time, including extended on-site engagements with districts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with educators and district leaders.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in instructional coaching, district leadership, or change management is preferred.
• Experience in supporting district implementations or system-wide rollouts is preferred.
• Ability to analyze implementation data and translate insights into actionable recommendations is preferred.
• Experience in creating resources for educators, training materials, and/or implementation guides is preferred.
