Local Study Associate Director - FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Directs Local Study Team(s) (LSTs) at the country level to ensure the delivery of committed elements of clinical studies.

• Ensures the identification of sites, performs qualifications, and archives necessary documentation.

• Manages and coordinates monitoring activities from the activation of sites to the closure of the study.

• Develops, maintains, and reviews risk management plans at the country study level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or related areas (Medical Affairs-led or Academic-led studies).

• Strong understanding of international guidelines such as ICH GCP as well as pertinent local regulations.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English is essential.

• Fluency in local language(s) is required.
