Local Study Associate Director – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Guides Local Study Team(s) (LSTs) at the national level to ensure the delivery of clinical study components as per the agreed resources, budget, and timelines.

• Accountable for the study commitments within the country and for the prompt provision of data to the required quality standards.

• Manages the site selection process by identifying potential sites/investigators, conducting initial Site Quality Risk Assessments, and performing Site Qualification Visits to assess suitability and quality risks.

• Evaluates monitoring visit reports and proactively offers guidance to the monitor(s) on study-related issues.

• Facilitates regular Local Study Team meetings based on a structured agenda.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or other relevant fields (Medical Affairs-led or Academic-led studies).

• Proficient in both written and spoken English is essential.

• Fluency in local language(s) is required.

• Strong understanding of international guidelines such as ICH GCP, along with pertinent local regulations.
