Local Market Manager – Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist the Recovery Technician and Exchange Technician by establishing daily schedules, ensuring adequate job preparation (staffing, equipment, etc.), and maintaining quality standards.

• Offer guidance, mentorship, and accountability to foster consistent performance and professional growth.

• Track and report on technician performance, recovery volumes, and customer feedback.

• Serve as the primary field leader and point of contact between technicians and corporate operations.

• Identify and qualify potential new customers for the recovery and exchange programs.

• Arrange and conduct in-person visits and follow-up calls to showcase Hudson’s comprehensive recovery solutions.

• Operate a small-format recovery truck and conduct on-site refrigerant recovery for various applications.

• Ensure all operations adhere to Hudson SOPs, EPA regulations, and safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, refrigerant recovery, or environmental services.

• Demonstrated success in outside sales or business development.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing field or technical personnel.

• EPA 608 Universal Certification is mandatory.

• OSHA 10, OSHA 40/SST certification, or a willingness to obtain these certifications is highly desirable.

• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HazMat endorsement is preferred.

• Must be comfortable with physical labor and the operation of recovery machines and cylinder handling equipment.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital work orders, CRM tools, and mobile applications.
