This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate, strategize, and implement AbbVie programs that facilitate treatment delivery for infused therapy solutions in Gastroenterology.
• Identify and forge business-to-business relationships with local care sites, creating and executing account/partner business strategies.
• Optimize site-of-care opportunities in alignment with product labeling, strategic priorities, and organizational policies.
• Execute against established Management by Objectives (MBOs).
• Deliver therapy and clinical procedure presentations to designated site-of-care clients and collaborate with Medical Affairs.
• Identify deficiencies in current site-of-care networks and formulate plans to broaden options.
• Implement national partnership agreements at the local level.
• Create, implement, and oversee business cases and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education related to access, including coding and billing, while conducting quarterly business evaluations.
• Act as the primary contact for sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions.
• Assess, develop, monitor, and evaluate partnerships and business strategies.
• Cultivate and strengthen account relationships while delivering business presentations and reviews.
• Travel is required 70–75% of the time.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in market access or site-of-care customer segments and reimbursement for infused products.
• Familiarity with commercial and governmental payers, as well as billing and coding practices.
• Proven experience in identifying and activating sites of care in infusion service areas.
• Capability to work independently and make decisions, while knowing when to seek supervisory guidance.
• Strong grasp of healthcare regulatory frameworks and enforcement landscapes.
• Proven track record of integrity in professional settings.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify issues within higher-level policies and regulations.
• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, especially for time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 70–75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car/truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
