This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Evaluate, strategize, and implement AbbVie programs that enhance treatment delivery for infused therapy offerings in Gastroenterology.
• Identify and cultivate business-to-business relationships with local care sites and specialty pharmacies.
• Create and execute account and partner business plans that align with established objectives.
• Oversee the development, execution, and assessment of site-of-care strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pull-through through effective business planning.
• Capitalize on site-of-care opportunities in compliance with product labeling, strategic goals, and company policies.
• Provide customers with overviews of therapy and infusion clinical procedures while coordinating with Medical Affairs.
• Identify deficiencies in current site-of-care networks and formulate expansion strategies.
• Implement national partnership agreements at the local level.
• Develop, implement, and manage business cases and contracts when necessary.
• Offer ongoing education related to access, coding, and billing, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions.
• Assess, develop, monitor, and evaluate partnerships and business plans.
• Build relationships within accounts and deliver business presentations and reviews.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharma or medical industry.
• At least 2 years of experience with market access or site-of-care customer segments and reimbursement for infused products.
• Familiarity with commercial and government payers, as well as billing and coding practices.
• Direct experience in identifying and activating sites of care within infusion service areas.
• Capability to work autonomously and make decisions, recognizing when supervisory input is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement landscapes.
• Proven integrity in the workplace.
• Innovative approaches and practices in account management.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret issues within broader policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel 70–75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
