This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Evaluate clients’ financial requirements, inform them about available loan options, and assist with the loan application process.
• Interact with clients to ensure they recognize the benefits of our offerings.
• Work in tandem with verification teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales goals established by management.
• Efficiently organize and manage tasks without needing constant oversight; maintain focus and productivity independently.
• Proficiently manage the sales pipeline, which involves monitoring and tracking leads at every stage of the process.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory positions.
• Proven track record of converting leads into sales, with documented success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Proficient in using computer applications, with the ability to assist clients in uploading documents, navigating websites, and troubleshooting basic device issues.
• Solid understanding of personal finance and lending regulations, particularly in relation to debt resolution and personal loans.
• Capable of comprehending detailed scripts and adhering to compliance standards during every call.
• Strong aptitude for overcoming objections.
• Keen desire to exceed monthly sales goals.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to engage prospects via phone.
