Loan Processor – Australian Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather, organize, and authenticate client documentation (such as ID, income statements, liabilities, etc.).

• Input and refresh client information in CRM, AOL, and lender platforms.

• Assemble application files for broker evaluation before submission.

• Monitor application progress and communicate with lenders for status updates.

• Oversee upcoming settlements to ensure deadlines are met.

• Keep precise digital records and compliance documentation.

• Stay informed about industry compliance requirements and changes.

• Assist the broker by managing incoming inquiries and maintaining the broker’s schedule.

• Create client onboarding documents, fact-find forms, and follow-up communications.

• Provide prompt updates to clients, lenders, and referral partners.

• Support post-settlement follow-ups and client retention efforts (such as rate reviews).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant and loan processor.

• Prior experience with Mercury and AOL systems.

• Proficient in CRM systems, cloud storage, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

• Strong knowledge of mortgage broking procedures and lender requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
