Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and process loan applications from the initial submission all the way to settlement.

• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and clients to gather, verify, and manage all necessary documentation.

• Accurately enter and maintain client records in Infynity CRM and associated platforms such as Trello, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp.

• Monitor the progress of applications, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure compliance with lender policies and guidelines.

• Coordinate submissions and manage processes via aggregator platforms, including Finsure.

• Identify potential issues early in the application process and take the initiative to implement timely solutions.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mortgage Broker as needed.

• Prepare and manage compliance documentation, ensuring all files adhere to regulatory and internal standards.

• Follow up with clients to secure missing documents, signatures, and additional information promptly.

• Track critical dates and deadlines to facilitate smooth and efficient settlements.

• Conduct data entry, valuations, loan processing, credit input, and preliminary credit analysis.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and financial information at all times.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Loan Processor.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and solve problems effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable utilizing cloud-based systems, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools.

• Self-motivated and confident in taking the initiative rather than simply following instructions.

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop skills, particularly in credit analysis.
