Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek and acquire new business by fostering relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate professionals.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and leveraging lending opportunities.

• Negotiate and present loan terms while crafting tailored solutions to fulfill client needs and facilitate deal closures.

• Establish and sustain a network of real estate investors and referral sources.

• Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to pinpoint opportunities and optimize sales potential.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential transactions and track progress from lead generation to loan closing.

• Update the CRM system with the status of prospects, applications, and clients.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations teams to ensure timely loan processing.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and operations to address challenges and meet expectations.

• Represent Dunmor at trade shows, industry conferences, and various events.

• Execute pre-event planning and post-event follow-up to convert leads into finalized deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to consistently achieve $3 million or more in monthly origination volume in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing.

• Proven history of delivering customized solutions and exceptional client experiences.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in analyzing financial data, structuring deals, and customizing loan terms to meet client needs.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales objectives.

• Previous or current experience with a direct competitor of Dunmor is highly preferred.
