This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek and secure new business by fostering relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.

• Regularly meet or surpass monthly sales targets by identifying and leveraging lending opportunities.

• Negotiate and present attractive loan terms, crafting tailored solutions to address client requirements and facilitate deal closures.

• Establish and nurture a network of real estate investors and referral partners, including brokers and realtors.

• Employ data-driven insights and market trends to strategically identify opportunities and enhance sales potential.

• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain an active pipeline of potential deals, ensuring prompt follow-ups and efficient movement from lead generation to loan closing.

• Regularly update the CRM system to accurately reflect the status of prospects, applications, and current clients.

• Track sales performance metrics and modify strategies to optimize results.

• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to guarantee seamless and timely loan processing.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and operations to effectively address challenges and meet client expectations.

• Represent Dunmor at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to position the company as a reputable brand in real estate financing.

• Utilize strategic pre-planning and post-event outreach to convert leads into finalized deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve $3 million or more in monthly origination volume in areas such as fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing.

• Proven track record of delivering customized solutions and exceptional client experiences.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in analyzing financial information, structuring deals, and customizing loan terms to meet client needs.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM systems.

• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

• Previous or current experience with a direct competitor of Dunmor is highly preferred.
