Loan Officer Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide advice to borrowers regarding their financial situation and payment options

• Assist customers throughout the loan application process

• Submit loan applications along with necessary supporting documents

• Create referral networks to identify potential loan prospects

• Address customer complaints and take suitable actions to resolve issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in mortgages is essential

• Experience with Encompass LOS is mandatory

• Knowledge of financial and lending practices is required

• Capability to establish rapport with clients

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is necessary
