This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the technical setup and adjustments of Cornerstone, which includes managing security roles and permissions, organizational unit structure, availability rules, preferences, and system settings.
• Conduct copy downs, perform basic system maintenance, and handle ongoing technical administration tasks.
• Oversee Cornerstone release cycles by examining release notes, evaluating impacts, conducting testing in the staging environment, and effectively communicating changes and necessary actions to the Learning & Development team.
• Suggest configuration and process enhancements that alleviate the ongoing administrative workload for the internal team.
• Administer and troubleshoot platform integrations and data flows, which encompass HRIS inbound feeds, single sign-on, and connected third-party systems.
• Address escalated technical issues referred by IT Tier 1 support and act as the technical liaison with Cornerstone support for unresolved cases.
• Diagnose SCORM/AICC package errors, tracking and completion failures, and playback issues in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
• Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot standard and custom Cornerstone reports for enterprise compliance and site-level training reporting.
• Create and manage self-service reporting and dashboards for managers and internal stakeholders.
• Keep system documentation updated, detailing configuration decisions, permission structures, integration specifications, and reporting inventory for smooth internal handoff.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct technical administration experience with an enterprise learning management system, encompassing configuration, permissions, and reporting.
• Proven experience in Cornerstone (CSOD) administration, which includes configuring security roles and permissions, building custom reports, and managing releases.
• Experience in troubleshooting LMS integrations, including HRIS data feeds and single sign-on implementations.
• Familiarity with SCORM and AICC standards, along with the capability to diagnose issues related to content tracking and completion failures.
• Capability to work independently on a part-time basis with minimal supervision, and to document tasks for effective handoff.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey technical limitations to non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: Cornerstone certification or experience in supporting a Cornerstone implementation or migration.
• Preferred: Experience in administering an LMS within a manufacturing, industrial, or field-based environment with a distributed, non-desk workforce.
• Preferred: Experience in configuring compliance and certification tracking systems, including recurring requirements and expiration-driven assignments.
• Preferred: Background in supporting training compliance reporting within a regulated or safety-critical setting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Cornerstone Edge or similar extensibility and API tools.
