Live Underwriting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Conventional Underwriter is responsible for reviewing, conditioning, and underwriting mortgage loans.

• Evaluate and assess the mortgage loan application to verify eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards to mitigate risk factors.

• Examine all necessary loan data, reports, and inspections to confirm that the collateral meets the requirements of both the investor and the company.

• Grants final approval for the underwriting of mortgage loans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Any Graduate or higher.

• Relevant Experience: 3 to 8 years.

• Essential Skills: Live underwriters, 4C’s, Collateral Capacity, Credit & Income, mortgage loans, loan data, reports, and inspections.
