Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engaging with clients, opposing legal representatives, courts, and other stakeholders.

• Conducting legal research.

• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and various legal documents.

• Managing e-filing processes in both State and Federal Courts.

• Assisting with preparations for trials.

• Compiling Exhibit Binders and collaborating with Witnesses.

• Performing daily Paralegal responsibilities and addressing any necessary tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Civil Litigation.

• Proficient in legal research using tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or other platforms.

• Familiarity with the Southern California District Courts.

• Experience in legal drafting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to work fully remote and maintain effective self-discipline.
