Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Summarize medical records, invoices, and supporting documentation.

• Develop medical chronologies and billing summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation is essential.

• Proven experience in creating medical summaries and billing summaries is required.

• Prior background in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability is preferred.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology is advantageous.

• Previous experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and invoices is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Exceptional organizational abilities are required.

• Familiarity with Florida Court procedures is preferred.

• Proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel.

• Must be oriented towards task completion.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting is essential.

• Must currently reside in Florida.
