Litigation Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop litigation strategies and guide civil disputes towards resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, conduct discovery, and perform legal research

• Manage cases related to community associations, property conflicts, and contractual issues

• Assist in settlement negotiations and prepare cases for hearings or trials as necessary

• Keep clients updated on case progress

• Attend occasional evening meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in civil litigation

• Valid California Bar license

• Must reside in California

• Excellent skills in legal writing, research, organization, and client communication

• Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings

• Experience in HOA or community association litigation is preferred

• Trial experience is highly advantageous
