This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate channel-specific strategies for clients.
• Plan, oversee, and enhance Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Establish campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute keyword research and target specific audiences.
• Design campaign architectures, ad formats, and ad copy.
• Develop bidding strategies and create lead nurturing workflows.
• Strategically manage budget allocations.
• Carry out monitoring, optimization, and reporting activities.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Create tracking frameworks for websites.
• Generate analytics reports.
• Conceptually enhance user funnels and conversion rates.
• Analyze user interactions on websites.
• Improve landing pages and websites to boost conversions.
• Draft landing pages using tools such as Relume.
• Further develop channels and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with the Project Manager.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation.
• Occasionally assist with customer support and engage in client meetings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
• Proactive, analytical approach with a focus on solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Open, sociable demeanor with strong communication abilities.
• Dependable and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong affinity for IT.
• German language proficiency ideally at C1 level; coverage for a language course will be provided for those at B2 level willing to learn.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Nice-to-have: experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Google Ads and solid skills in keyword research and campaign optimization.
• Nice-to-have: experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
• Nice-to-have: experience with email copywriting, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Not all criteria need to be fulfilled; employer-provided training is available.
• Willingness to communicate within the CET (Berlin) time zone, with a maximum variance of +/- 2 hours.
