Linehaul Allocator – Fleet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the real-time allocation and scheduling of linehaul operations, which includes night shifts and unexpected operational adjustments.

• Directly engage with drivers regarding run assignments, changes in routes, rest periods, and fatigue management practices.

• Ensure total adherence to NHVR regulations, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), driver working hours, and work diary standards.

• Collaborate with key clients concerning pickups, deliveries, service updates, and operational modifications.

• Monitor ongoing operations and address incidents such as breakdowns, delays, accidents, or disruptions in routes.

• Coordinate fleet readiness, including addressing mechanical issues and scheduling workshop maintenance.

• Make urgent decisions to minimize service interruptions while prioritizing safety and compliance.

• Keep precise operational records and allocation data in scheduling and TMS systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in linehaul allocation, transport scheduling, or fleet management.

• Solid understanding of Australian road transport regulations, including NHVR and fatigue management policies.

• Experience working directly with Australian linehaul drivers.

• Strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective real-time coordination.

• High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

• Capability to handle competing priorities in a dynamic operational setting.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Experience with scheduling, allocation tools, and ERP/TMS platforms.

• Flexible availability to accommodate Australian business hours, including possible night shifts.
