Line Manager – Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and assist Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team and the business development of FSP Site Contracts.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to guarantee that the FSP Site Contracts Team achieves results in the shortest timeframe possible.

• Engage in corporate strategic initiatives for the Start Up group and the advancement of FSP business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience within Site Contracts departments in Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service delivery model.

• Proven experience in managing personnel.
