This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and enhance multi-channel lifecycle campaigns utilizing email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels.
• Oversee and sustain automation workflows to ensure consistent delivery and optimal performance.
• Handle integrations for Iterable, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM, including data flows, segment synchronization, lead scoring, and campaign triggers.
• Resolve HTML and CSS issues across various devices and platforms.
• Execute A/B testing and conduct experiments.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop campaign content and visuals.
• Create and deploy data-driven communication journeys throughout the host lifecycle, from lead acquisition to activation and retention.
• Establish triggers, eligibility criteria, exclusions, and exit criteria for comprehensive journeys.
• Identify and diagnose broken workflows and ascertain root causes.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define technical requirements.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or automation.
• Demonstrated success in building workflows from the ground up.
• Direct experience with Iterable, Pardot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL or platform segmentation engines.
• Capability to query audience tables, validate host event data, and construct targeted segments.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and webhooks.
• Understanding of event mappings and the ability to help trigger real-time automated workflows.
• Skill in communicating technical requirements effectively with Product and Data teams.
• Hands-on experience with Liquid syntax, AMPscript, or basic JavaScript.
• Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive email template design.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing outcomes.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
