This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Spearhead the growth of new customer acquisition and retention by overseeing the segmentation, content, and engagement strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Enhance Lead Conversion: Achieve an additional +15% rise in the conversion rate of nurtured leads.
• Broaden Upsell Pipeline: Create $500k of qualified upsell deal pipeline for the Customer Success team.
• Ensure Customer Retention: Decrease the number of unresponsive clients during renewal by 30% while maintaining or surpassing global benchmarks (42% Open Rate and 5% CTR).
• Advanced Lifecycle Segmentation: Develop and implement clear persona segmentation logic in HubSpot that encompasses both pre-customer and post-customer journey phases, including Next Best Action mapping.
• Establish Scalable Experimentation: Thoroughly document and implement a "test-optimize-deploy" framework as the standard operating procedure for the team, supported by trackable dashboards and performance metrics.
• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience as a CRM or Lifecycle Specialist, in a role focused on conversion, retention, or engagement targets, with proven cross-functional and customer-facing collaboration skills.
• Extensive, Hands-on HubSpot Experience: 1–2 years of dedicated, daily experience independently creating automated workflows, segmenting lists, managing sequences, and configuring custom properties (Salesforce-only experience is a disadvantage).
• Practical AI Optimization: Proven experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency—such as producing high-volume copy variations or targeted messaging variations across various segments.
• Focus on Outcomes over Output: A solid history of evaluating campaign success using concrete metrics (Open Rates, CTRs, revenue pipeline, CVR) rather than merely creative output.
• Resilience in a Fast-Paced Startup Environment: Previous experience working in a dynamic tech startup or entrepreneurial setting where processes are not always thoroughly documented.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services, subscription models, or e-commerce with a significant CRM focus.
• Familiarity with BigQuery/SQL, Tableau, or using AI for visual and video content creation is an advantage.
