Lifecycle Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement marketing, transactional, and automated emails while maintaining high standards of quality, brand consistency, and responsiveness.

• Utilize existing templates, modules, and design systems, while also creating new email components as necessary.

• Create and modify other lifecycle communications, such as in-app banners, pop-ups, and other user-facing messages.

• Craft, revise, and adapt email and lifecycle message content in clear, natural English.

• Assist with localization processes and prepare content for various regions and languages.

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance prior to launch, including checks for layout, formatting, links, calls-to-action, personalization, dynamic content, tracking implementation, and rendering across devices and email clients.

• Prepare campaigns for scheduling and deployment, ensuring they are accurate and ready for launch.

• Support A/B testing efforts, including subject lines, content variations, send times, layouts, and creative elements.

• Track campaign performance metrics and offer actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Design, CRM, Marketing, and Regional teams to turn briefs into production-ready lifecycle campaigns.

• Demonstrated practical experience in building and preparing emails for launch.

• Good grasp of HTML and CSS for email production.

• Proficient in using email editors, builders, and QA tools.

• Strong knowledge of email best practices, responsive design, and cross-client compatibility.

• Capability to work with both pre-designed templates and custom-built email elements.

• Fluent in English with robust writing and editing capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects, message types, and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
